While this may be a matter of individual taste, the Owners find it necessary to state our position and request your cooperation. For the benefit and profitability of all Vendors, the Owners wish to maintain a reasonable standard of quality of offering antiques and only high-quality reproductions and decorative accessories. This is not a thrift store or a yard sale. There is a difference between vintage goods and high-quality secondhand goods and thrift. Please exercise good judgment. We want the public to know that our shop represents unique and quality goods at a fair and reasonable price. Items must be safe for use of purchaser. Potential Hazards should be noted on the item or sales tag. The Owners retain the right to have any Vendor remove an item at our sole discretion and judgment.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owners, and all officers, members, managers, agents, related companies and employees from any and all loss, theft, damage or liability occasioned by, growing out of, or arising from any default, error, accident, tortious or negligent act on the part of Vendor, its agents, invitees, customers or employees. The Vendor expressly acknowledges and confirms that it is an independent contractor/renter and is not an employee of the Owners.
Vendors are solely responsible for their booths (white tents only) and all materials related to or necessary for sales to the public. Vendors agree to keep their rented space clean and tidy and remove all garbage/debris before leaving.
Vendors may use the restroom at the Mercantile on Gault.
Vendors should arrive by 8:00 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in order to set up before opening at 10 AM. Electricity will not be provided.
